Magnavale Easton Ltd Employee of the Month: Rodney Chappell

Congratulations to Rodney Chappell from our Repack Department at Magnavale Easton for being voted Employee of the Month for November.

Rodney joined the site in 2019 and has served the Easton Repack team for 4 years. He was nominated by his peers for keeping the ambient stores tidy and organised, which has greatly assisted with recent audits.

A dedicated worker who takes initiative, Rodney cheerfully chips in during busy periods and often works long hours running the ambient stores. Rodney helped make the Willoughby School children feel welcome during their recent visit, creating lasting memories.

Rodney’s commitment to his role, willingness to go the extra mile, and positive team impact make him a well-deserving recipient.
