Magnavale Easton Expands Service Portfolio with Blast Freezing

We are pleased to announce Magnavale Easton Ltd now offers Blast Freezing in addition to Frozen Storage and value added services! Blast Freezing, one of the most efficient methods of freezing large quantities of food product, is relied on by food manufacturers worldwide. We are delighted to share that we now offer blast freezing solutions at all four of our Magnavale facilities in Chesterfield, Scunthorpe, Warrington and now Easton. 

The blast freezing service available at Magnavale Easton Ltd now means that customers can send us product at chilled or ambient temperature, where the product will be then blast frozen and then placed into our frozen storage facility.

For food manufacturers and distributors, outsourcing blast freezing solutions can have a significant positive impact, freeing up valuable production space and reducing the risk of equipment failures or production downtime.

In September 2022, we acquired the 44,000-pallet cold storage facility with the intention to invest in the facility just as we have done with all our other cold stores across the UK. With the construction of Phase 2 of the Magnavale Easton development underway and the addition of the blast freezing solutions, we are continuing to realise the full potential of the facility’s capabilities.
