Supporting Our Communities: Magnavale and Peak 4×4 Response

We believe that being a responsible business means investing in our staff and the communities around us, and we are proud to share one example of that commitment.

Now entering our fourth consecutive year, we are delighted to continue our sponsorship of Peak 4×4 Response, a volunteer-led organisation providing vital assistance across the Peak District and surrounding areas. Made up of dedicated volunteers who give their time and their 4×4 vehicles to reach people and places that standard vehicles simply cannot, the group operates year-round across two main areas of work.

Winter Emergency Response; When severe weather makes roads impassable, Peak 4×4 Response fills a critical gap, transporting NHS and private care staff, district nurses, and patients who cannot travel safely in icy or snowy conditions. For elderly or vulnerable people in rural areas, this service can be genuinely life changing.

Community and Event Support; Beyond the winter months, the group provides traffic and crowd management, festival support, and assistance at remembrance parades and civic occasions throughout the year.

Our sponsorship helps to cover essential overheads including their call-out CAD system, annual insurance, and training, helping to keep those costs as low as possible for the people and organisations who rely on them.
