Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor, we are looking to recruit 2 full time, permanent Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers who will be based at our Easton site, near Grantham. Applicants MUST have a “Can do attitude” and be comfortable working in multi temperature environments.

Details

• Hours of Working – Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm/6am-2pm/2pm-10pm
• On-call on a rota basis
• Excepted start date: ASAP
• On the job Training will be provided where required
• Salary – Competitive

Key Tasks

• To ensure H&S is a priority in every aspect of your work
• To be proactive and innovative,
• Presenting ideas for continuous improvement,
• Have the ability to liaise and communicate with all levels of staff ensuring excellent working relationships with all other departments
• To adopt the PPM system and carry out inspections / repairs / reporting systems to achieve compliance and reliability,
• To ensure prompt and effective attendance to all call outs

Advantageous Personal Qualities

NVQ or equivalent qualification, a recognised Engineering apprenticeship. knowledge of Mechanical Maintenance, knowledge of Electrical Maintenance, knowledge of Refrigeration Systems
