Magnavale Bristol Breaks Ground

Magnavale is pleased to announce that construction has officially commenced on Magnavale Bristol, a new 90,000-pallet, fully automated frozen cold store that will transform food supply chain infrastructure across the Southwest and beyond.

Magnavale Bristol broke ground this week at a site strategically located at the junction of the M4 and M5. This prime position will provide unrivalled connectivity to South Wales and the Southwest of England, making Magnavale Bristol a key hub for both existing and new food sector customers.

The facility will draw on the proven design principles of Magnavale Easton, our recently completed flagship site in Lincolnshire. Incorporating advanced automation, cutting-edge refrigeration systems, and dynamic mezzanine floors, the development will also support a range of value-added services including picking, packing, date coding, and export handling.

With the official groundbreaking complete, heavy machinery is now in action clearing the site and preparing the ground for the next stage of works. Over the coming weeks, contractors will move forward with preparations for foundations and piling operations.
