The team at Cold Store 3 won the award against stiff competition, for their hard work to achieve excellence in the face of huge increases in the demand for export services to China and the USA.

Orders for these services over the last year have dramatically increased, to China in particular after a successful tender for a key contract. The team faced many challenges beyond the increased workload; quality assurance and segregation of stock to meet the strict guidelines of the Chinese authorities prompted innovative solutions to difficult issues but the team prevailed, achieving BRC AA status in the process.
