Tray washing is an essential requirement in the food manufacturing and distribution sector and having this service now at our Chesterfield cold storage facilities reduces the need for our clients to operate their own cleaning equipment, and clean and store their own trays.

Our newly installed automated tray washer has a two-step process whereby the tray is first rinsed and then chemically sterilised with food safe chemicals, ensuring that every tray is cleaned to the highest standard, compliant with retailer standards. As with many of our services, the tray cleaning equipment operates 24/7, creating flexibility for our partners.
